Our business is a simple operation built to facilitate finding and hiring a qualified piano technician. We are a group of passionate craftspeople dedicated to serving our community and the world of music by rendering the best piano service possible. To do so, we employ scheduling and payment acceptance software.
In the course of reserving your appointment we ask for and store your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email. It is securely stored and is used only for the purposes of scheduling and navigation.
We accept card payments in two forms. Clients have the option of settling up via a mobile card reader provided by and processing payments via the industry standard Square. Alternatively, we process Credit/Debit cards via a link within a digital invoice to the popular payment processing service Braintree.
Both services process all payments on their own secure systems - we do not store card payment information.

Our unique structure involves offering the services of our less experienced technicians at a fraction of market rates, with the understanding that clients who choose to support our Apprenticeship Program acknowledge that the services they receive from our less experienced technicians may not match up to those from the more experienced. We appreciate your support and understanding in facilitating this unique opportunity for both clients and technicians in training.
